سياسة الخصوصية

تطبيق OSRHQ GYM (gym.osrhq.com) يملكه ويشغّله أسامة الرشود (OSRHQ). هذه السياسة تشرح بوضوح وش البيانات اللي نتعامل معها وكيف.
1. وضع الزائر (بدون حساب)
- تمارينك وأيامك وملاحظاتك تنحفظ على جهازك فقط داخل المتصفح، وما توصل لنا.
- إذا فتحت التطبيق بعد مرور 30 يوم بدون استخدام تُحذف تلقائياً، وتنحذف فوراً إذا ضغطت "إنهاء وضع الزائر"، وقد يحذفها المتصفح بنفسه إذا مسحت بيانات المواقع.
2. إذا أنشأت حساباً
- البيانات: بريدك الإلكتروني وكلمة المرور (أو حساب Google إذا اخترته)، وبيانات تمارينك: التاريخ، أسماء التمارين، الأوزان، العدّات، الملاحظات، وأيام خطتك. لا نطلب اسمك أو جوالك أو وزن جسمك أو موقعك.
- الغرض: حفظ تمارينك ومزامنتها بين أجهزتك فقط. لا نبيعها ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات أبداً.
- بيانات تقنية: خدمة الدخول من Google تعالج عنوان IP ومعلومات المتصفح لحماية الحسابات من الاختراق، ونحفظ وقت موافقتك ونسخة السياسة التي وافقت عليها.
- الأساس النظامي: موافقتك الصريحة عند إنشاء الحساب (بالبريد أو بحساب Google)، ويمكنك سحبها بحذف حسابك.
- مكان الحفظ: نستخدم خدمة Google Firebase. بيانات التمارين محفوظة في مركز بيانات Google في الدوحة (قطر)، وخدمة تسجيل الدخول تعمل من مراكز Google في الولايات المتحدة. أي أن بياناتك تُنقل وتُعالج خارج المملكة، وذلك وفق ضمانات Google التعاقدية.
- مدة الاحتفاظ: طوال وجود حسابك. عند حذف الحساب من الإعدادات نحذف كل تمارينك من السحابة ومن جهازك فوراً.
3. الإعلانات
عند تفعيل الإعلانات مستقبلاً سنعرض إعلانات خفيفة من Google AdSense في صفحات شرح التمارين فقط (وليس أثناء التمرين)، ونعرض رسالة موافقة للزوار في المناطق التي تتطلب ذلك. Google وشركاؤها قد يستخدمون ملفات تعريف الارتباط (الكوكيز) لعرض إعلانات بناءً على زياراتك السابقة لهذا الموقع ومواقع أخرى. تقدر توقف الإعلانات المخصصة من إعدادات إعلانات Google أو aboutads.info. بيانات تمارينك لا تُرسل أبداً لأي جهة إعلانية.
4. ملفات وبيانات أخرى
- لا نستخدم أدوات تحليل أو تتبع (وإذا فُعّلت الإعلانات فستعمل ملفات Google الموضحة أعلاه).
- نحفظ على جهازك إعداداتك (اللغة، الوحدة) ونسخة من التطبيق ليعمل بدون إنترنت.
- مزوّد الاستضافة (Cloudflare) يستقبل بيانات تقنية معتادة مثل عنوان IP عند فتح الموقع.
5. حقوقك
وفق نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية لك الحق في معرفة بياناتك، والحصول على نسخة منها (من الإعدادات ← تنزيل نسخة احتياطية)، وتصحيحها، وحذفها (الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب)، وسحب موافقتك. ولك حق تقديم شكوى للهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (سدايا).
6. العمر
التطبيق موجّه لمن عمرهم 13 سنة فأكثر. إذا كان عمرك أقل من 18 سنة فاستخدمه بموافقة ولي أمرك.
7. التواصل
لأي سؤال أو طلب يخص بياناتك: نموذج التواصل في osrhq.com.
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، وسنغيّر تاريخ "آخر تحديث" أعلاه، وننبهك داخل التطبيق إذا كان التغيير جوهرياً.
Privacy policy

OSRHQ GYM (gym.osrhq.com) is owned and run by Osama Alrashoud (OSRHQ). The Arabic version above is the main version.
1. Guest mode (no account)
Your workouts, days and notes are stored only on your device and never reach us. If you open the app after 30 days without using it, they are deleted automatically; tapping "End guest mode" deletes them at once, and clearing your browser's site data also removes them.
2. If you create an account
- Data: your email and password (or Google account), and your workout data: dates, exercise names, weights, reps, notes and plan days. We don't ask for your name, phone, body weight or location.
- Purpose: only to save and sync your workouts across your devices. Never sold, never used for advertising.
- Technical data: Google's sign-in service processes your IP address and browser details to protect accounts, and we store when you consented and which policy version.
- Legal basis: your explicit consent at sign-up (email or Google); withdraw it by deleting your account.
- Where: Google Firebase. Workout data is stored in Google's Doha (Qatar) data centre; sign-in runs from Google's US data centres. Your data is therefore transferred and processed outside Saudi Arabia under Google's contractual safeguards.
- Retention: for as long as your account exists. Deleting your account in Settings removes all your workouts from the cloud and this device immediately.
3. Ads
If we enable ads in future, we will show light Google AdSense ads on exercise guide pages only (never during a workout) and show a consent message where required. Google and its partners may use cookies to show ads based on your prior visits to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalised ads at Google Ad Settings or aboutads.info. Your workout data is never sent to any advertiser.
4. Other data
No analytics or tracking tools. Your settings and an offline copy of the app are kept on your device. Our host (Cloudflare) receives standard technical data such as your IP address when you open the site.
5. Your rights
Under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law you can access, export (Settings → Download a backup), correct and delete your data (Settings → Delete account), withdraw consent, and complain to SDAIA.
6. Age
The app is for people aged 13 and over; under 18, use it with a parent's or guardian's consent.
